Description

The Saniflo Sanicubic 2 (part no. 029) is a pre-assembled duplex grinder lift station for commercial, industrial and multi-fixture residential buildings where the wastewater of several bathrooms has to be lifted to the sewer and downtime is not acceptable. Two 1 HP oil-filled grinder pumps with stainless steel blades operate alternately to share the work, and both run when the inflow requires it, so the system keeps working if one pump needs service. It handles flushed sanitary products and pumps up to 36 feet vertically or up to 328 feet horizontally through a 1-1/2" discharge: 38 GPM at 36 feet and 90 GPM at 3 feet with both motors running (45 ft shut-off head). Five inlets, 1-1/2" or 4", two of them low, take toilets, sinks, showers and tubs (10" base minimum) and washing machines connected directly; the vent is 1-1/2". A fail-proof air pressure switch system with triple redundancy controls the pumps, and the IP68-rated unit comes with an external control box and alarm. It sits on the floor, or can be installed below grade. Specifications: 220-240 V (208 V min), 60 Hz, 13 A max, 72" cord; 12.4 gallon (47 L) capacity; water to 158°F; 68 dBA or less at 3 feet; about 23-1/2" W x 20-1/4" D x 11-3/4" H; 77 lb.
