Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with the original receipt or order confirmation.
The following items are not eligible for return: controls and thermostats, electronics and electrical components, tools and power tools, fixtures (faucets, sinks, tubs, toilets), and equipment including boilers, water heaters, pumps, circulator pumps, tanks, and expansion tanks. Custom-cut or special-order items are also non-returnable.
