Plumberium Plumbing Supply ships to all 48 contiguous United States from our facility at 2631 East 19th St, Brooklyn, NY 11235. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
Free ground shipping on orders of $500 or more. Orders containing Liberty Pumps, TOTO or Saniflo products qualify for free ground shipping at $5,000 or more, because of the higher freight cost of those items. Below those thresholds, ground shipping is calculated by package weight and distance from New York City and shown at checkout before payment. Orders containing heavy or bulky items are not eligible for free ground shipping.
Free on orders of $800 or more; $90.00 flat rate below that. Typical delivery window 1-3 business days. Available to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island.
$90.00 flat rate on any order, typical window 1-3 business days.
$90.00 flat rate on qualifying orders of $800 or more, typical window 2-5 business days. Available to Suffolk County NY, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Boilers, water heaters, toilets, tubs, sinks and vanities, radiators and baseboards, sewage and sump pumps, and any product weighing 70 lb or more count as heavy items. Outside the five boroughs, each heavy unit adds a $150.00 shipping surcharge to the UPS rate, itemized at checkout before payment. Truck delivery is never surcharged: $90.00 flat wherever it is offered. Heavy items are never eligible for free ground shipping.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Large, heavy, or special-order items may require additional handling time.
