Description

The Saniflo Sanicubic 1 VX (part no. 049) is a pre-assembled simplex vortex lift station for buildings with several bathrooms and fixtures, built for long discharge runs and solids. Instead of a grinder it uses a vortex impeller: the pump creates a whirlpool that keeps solids away from the impeller, passing solids up to 2" with very little risk of clogging. With 2" discharge pipe it pumps up to 36 feet vertically or 328 feet horizontally (26 GPM at 36 ft, 125 GPM at 3 ft); with 4" pipe it reaches up to 1,640 feet horizontally or 20 feet vertically (90 GPM at 20 ft, 137 GPM at 3 ft), with a 43 ft shut-off head. Inlets: three 1-1/2" or 4"; vent 1-1/2". It accepts toilets, sinks, showers and tubs (11" base minimum) and directly connected washing machines, and suits rental units, offices, warehouses and commercial restrooms. A fail-proof air pressure switch system with triple redundancy controls the 1.5 HP oil-filled motor; the IP68-rated unit includes an external control box and alarm, with direct, safe access to the pump. Specifications: 220-240 V (208 V min), 60 Hz, 12 A max, 98" cord; water to 158°F; 70 dBA or less at 3 feet; about 27-5/8" W x 21-5/8" D x 19-7/8" H; 68 lb. Certified CSA (IPC, NSPC) and IAPMO (UPC). The Saniflo Descaler (052) is recommended for maintenance.
