Description

The Saniflo Sanineutral (part no. 043) is an inline condensate neutralizer for condensing boilers, high-efficiency furnaces, condensing water heaters and other HVAC appliances up to 240,000 BTU per hour input (59 kW). Condensate from these appliances is acidic, typically pH 3.2 to 4.5, which can stain surfaces, kill plantings and eat away cast iron drain lines. The Sanineutral works by gravity with no pump: condensate enters through a side inlet, flows through a chamber of neutralizing granules that raise its pH, and exits to the drain. The inlet and outlet adapt to 1/2" or 3/4" PVC slip or barbed tubing. Where the drain is higher than the appliance, install it upstream of a Sanicondens (040) or Sanicondens Best Flat (044) condensate pump. The clear enclosure lets you see the media level, and an easy-open lid makes refilling simple; replacement granules are part no. 042, or the 046 bulk bucket. Maximum condensate temperature 160°F. The unit measures about 11-1/4" L x 4" W x 3-3/4" H and weighs 3.7 lb with a 2.9 lb load of granules. SFA Saniflo backs it with a two-year limited warranty, extended to four years when the product is registered with Saniflo within the first year of purchase.
