The Saniflo Sanicom 1 (part no. 018) is a heavy-duty simplex drain pump for commercial and light industrial gray water: commercial sinks and dishwashers, washing machines, utility and mop sinks, salons and coffee shops, and other fixtures where a residential drain pump would be overworked. It is built to handle aggressive effluent, grease, solids up to 3/8" and hot water up to 194°F, and it can take several fixtures discharging at the same time. The 1.3 HP oil-filled, thermally protected motor and multi-channel impeller pump up to 25 feet vertically or 250 feet horizontally through a 1" discharge, delivering 22 GPM at 25 feet and 50 GPM at 3 feet, with a 44 ft shut-off head. It runs in short 4-6 second bursts, switched by a pressure switch and circuit board. Connections: two 2" side inlets and a 1-1/4" vent on top; the 2.75 gallon (10.4 L) tank needs a 10" minimum base height for a shower or floor drain. Electrical: 120 V, 60 Hz, 8.3 A max, 50" cord.
