Description

The Saniflo Sanicubic 1 (part no. 089, 120 V) is a pre-assembled simplex grinder lift station that sits on the floor, with no pit to dig, and pumps the wastewater of several bathrooms and fixtures, or a whole small building, to the sewer. Typical uses are basements and slab additions, rental units, offices, warehouses, floating homes and anywhere fixtures sit below the sewer line. The 1 HP oil-filled grinder pump with a stainless steel blade handles flushed sanitary products and pumps up to 36 feet vertically or up to 328 feet horizontally through a 1-1/2" discharge, at 26 GPM at 36 feet and up to 50 GPM at 3 feet (45 ft shut-off head). Four inlets, 1-1/2" or 4", two of them low, accept toilets, sinks, showers and tubs (10" base minimum) and washing machines connected directly; the vent is 1-1/2". A fail-proof air pressure switch system with triple redundancy starts the pump, and the IP68-rated unit comes with an external control box with manual override and an audible/visual alarm. It can also be installed below the floor in a pit. Specifications: 120 V, 60 Hz, 80" cord; 8.5 gallon (32.2 L) capacity; water to 158°F; 68 dBA or less at 3 feet; about 18-1/8" W x 16-3/4" D x 11-3/4" H; 50 lb.
