Description

The Saniflo Sanivite (part no. 008) is a light-commercial gray water drain pump designed for kitchens and laundry rooms where gravity drainage is not possible: a kitchen sink and dishwasher on an island or in a basement, a laundry sink and washing machine (indirect connection through the laundry sink), a bar sink, or a shower or bathtub. Unlike lighter shower pumps it is made to handle hot water, grease from residential kitchen use and solids up to 3/8". The 0.4 HP oil-filled, thermally protected motor pumps up to 16 feet vertically or 150 feet horizontally, delivering 18 GPM at 16 feet and 29 GPM at 3 feet (30 ft shut-off head). Discharge can be run in 1", 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" pipe. Connections: two 2" inlets and one 1-1/2" inlet, with a 1-1/2" vent on top; the 3.7 gallon (14 L) tank needs only a 6" base for a shower or bathtub. Activation is by membrane and microswitch, running in short 3-5 second bursts at 44 dBA or less. Electrical: 120 V, 60 Hz, 4.5 A max, 42-1/2" cord. The unit measures about 14-1/2" W x 7-1/2" D x 10" H and weighs 16 lb, small enough to sit inside a sink base cabinet. Certified CSA (IPC, NSPC). The Sanialarm (050) high-water alarm and Saniflo Descaler (052) are optional accessories. SFA Saniflo backs it with a two-year limited warranty, extended to four years when the product is registered with Saniflo within the first year of purchase.
