Description

The Saniflo Sanicondens (part no. 040) is a compact automatic condensate pump for condensing boilers, high-efficiency furnaces, HVAC air handlers, air conditioners and condensing water heaters installed where there is no floor drain close by. Condensate drops into the 1" top inlet, a float and microswitch start the 1/30 HP oil-filled, thermally protected motor, and the pump lifts the water up to 15 feet vertically or carries it up to 150 feet horizontally through 3/8" tubing to a soil stack, sink tailpiece or standpipe. It moves about 30 gallons per hour at 15 feet of lift and 86 GPH at 3 feet, running in short 3-5 second bursts at 44 dBA or less. The reservoir holds 0.5 gallon (1.9 L) and accepts condensate up to 160°F, so it can sit right beside the appliance. A built-in contact is ready to connect to an alarm or to building controls to shut the appliance down if the pump cannot keep up. Electrical: 120 V, 60 Hz, 1.5 A max, 60" power cord. Supplied with 20 feet of vinyl tubing plus the inlet and discharge adapters needed for a standard installation. The body measures about 9-1/2" W x 5-5/8" D x 6-5/8" H and the pump weighs 7 lb. CSA certified to IPC and NSPC requirements. For acidic condensate from a condensing boiler, pair it with the Sanineutral neutralizer (043) upstream or choose the Sanicondens Best Flat (044) with a built-in neutralizer.
