Description

The Saniflo Sanipit 24 GR CB (part no. 054) is a complete, pre-assembled below-floor sewage system: a 24" x 24" basin with a 1 HP grinder pump, cover, control panel and alarm, ready for a new basement bathroom, laundry or whole-floor drainage where the fixtures sit below the sewer line. The oil-filled grinder pump with a stainless steel blade sits in a dry cavity and handles black and gray water, pumping up to 25 feet vertically or up to 328 feet horizontally through a 2" discharge at 29 GPM at 25 feet and up to 66 GPM at 3 feet (33 ft shut-off head). Waste enters through a 4" side inlet, the vent is 2", and the basin holds about 21 gallons (80 L), with pump on/off levels at 7-3/4" and 3-1/4". A fail-proof air pressure switch system with triple redundancy replaces mechanical floats, and the motor, grinder blade and pressure switches are all reachable from the top for easy service. Supplied with an external IP68 control box with a visual and audible alarm. Specifications: 120 V, 60 Hz, 10 A max, 86" cord; effluent to 158°F; 68 dBA or less at 3 feet; about 24-1/2" W x 27-1/2" H overall; 66 lb. Certified CSA (IPC, NSPC).
