Description

The Saniflo Saniplus Up (part no. 002) is a 1/2 HP macerating pump for a complete bathroom: toilet, sink and shower or bathtub, installed without digging up the floor. It sits behind a Saniflo rear-discharge toilet and pumps waste up to 15 feet vertically or up to 150 feet horizontally through 3/4" or 1" pipe, delivering 17 GPM at 15 feet and 27 GPM at 3 feet (30 ft shut-off head). A flush trips the microswitch in the pressure chamber, the hardened stainless steel blades turn at 3,600 RPM to reduce waste and paper to a slurry, and the impeller discharges it in a normal 10-12 second cycle; the blades need no servicing. Two 2" side inlets take the sink and the shower or tub (a 6" base is enough for the shower trap), and a 1-1/2" vent connection sits on top (two-way venting required; no air admittance valves). The top cover opens for easy access to the blade compartment to remove foreign objects. Specifications: 120 V, 60 Hz, 4.5 A max, 47-1/2" cord; 3 gallon (11.4 L) capacity; water up to 104°F (110°F max); 53 dBA or less at 3 feet; about 20" W x 7" D x 10-5/8" H; 18 lb.
