A 6" mechanical joint restraint. Restraint at 6" is carrying a substantial load, and the wedges have to be tightened in the specified sequence and to the stated torque - a restraint set unevenly grips on one side and can damage the pipe wall. Used at bends, tees, caps and reducers, wherever the line changes direction or section.
