A 6" service weight cast iron 45 degree elbow, domestic manufacture. Six-inch work is main drainage - a building drain or a large stack - where offsets are made with 45s so the run keeps its momentum. At this size the fitting is heavy enough that support and alignment need planning before it is lifted into position.
