A 6" flanged ductile iron tee. Flanged fittings are bolted rather than jointed, so the assembly can be taken apart again - which is why they are used in plant rooms and pit installations where valves and equipment have to be removable for service. Ductile iron at 6" is main and riser work rather than anything domestic.
