Description

A 1/2" Caleffi feed water regulator. It is the automatic fill valve on a closed heating system: it admits water from the mains when system pressure falls below its setting and shuts off once the system is up to pressure, so the system stays full without anyone attending to it. Watch how often it operates — a regulator that keeps feeding is telling you the system is losing water somewhere.
