A 4" black plastic pipe sleeve. Sized for 4" pipe, which on drainage work means a main stack or building drain. Getting the sleeve in before the pour is what makes the penetration workable later - coring a 4" hole through a finished slab is a far bigger job than casting a sleeve into it.
