Description

A heavy-duty hand truck. Unlike a flat dolly, which rolls a load along on a platform, a hand truck tips the load onto its axle so one person can take a water heater, boiler or cylinder up a step, along a hallway and into a plant room. The heavy-duty build matters because the loads on plumbing work are dense and unforgiving — appliances, cast iron and full drums.
