A 3" lead plug. Used to close a 3" lead opening or branch, typically on the older drainage found in existing buildings. As with any work on lead, take the material into account before deciding on a repair - plugging an old lead branch is sometimes the right answer, and sometimes a way of postponing a replacement that has become due.
