A 1/4" glass and tile bit. Tile is drilled, not hammered: the spear-shaped carbide tip scrapes through the glaze at low speed without the percussion that cracks the tile. Using a masonry bit in hammer mode on a finished tiled wall is the classic way to ruin a bathroom that is otherwise complete. Go slowly, keep it wet, and only switch to a masonry bit once through the tile into the substrate.
