Description

A Rothenberger 04510 cutting wheel, the replaceable cutting element in a pipe cutter. The wheel is a consumable: as it dulls it stops slicing and starts deforming the pipe, leaving a ragged end and a heavy burr that has to be reamed out before the joint can be made.
