Description

A Rockford RP-25 grease interceptor, 25 GPM, 50 lb grease capacity. The two figures matter for different reasons: the flow rating must suit the fixtures connected, while the grease capacity determines how long it runs between pump-outs. An interceptor sized on flow alone but short on capacity fills quickly and starts passing grease downstream — which is the failure it was fitted to prevent.
