An ASI 0390-BP battery pack, the power source for a battery-operated washroom dispenser. Battery operation is what allows a sensor dispenser to be fitted where there is no power at the fixture — which is most refurbishments, since running a supply into a finished washroom wall is disproportionately disruptive.
