Description

An 8" x 4" mechanical joint wye. It brings a 4" branch off an 8" main at a shallow angle so the incoming flow joins rather than collides. Mechanical joints allow a small amount of deflection at each connection, which is what lets a buried main follow ground that is never quite straight.
