Description

A 6" service weight cast iron sanitary tee, domestic manufacture. At 6" this is stack work in a larger building, taking branch drainage into a main vertical run. The curved branch turns the flow downward with the stack rather than across it - orientation matters, and a sanitary tee fitted the wrong way round is a blockage waiting to happen.
