Description

A 4" flanged ductile iron 90 degree elbow. Flanged fittings bolt together, so the assembly can be dismantled - which is why they are used above ground in plant rooms and pits where valves and equipment must be removable. A flanged joint also restrains itself against the thrust at a bend, unlike a push-on joint that needs separate blocking.
