Description

A 3/4" double expansion shield, the largest of the common sizes. It takes the heavier fixings — equipment bases, large hangers and substantial supports — into brick, block and older masonry where the material will not tolerate the concentrated force of a wedge anchor. Expanding at both ends spreads that load along the hole rather than at a single point.
