Description

A 2" x 24" x 48" fibreglass board with FSK foil facing on one side. The facing is the point: it acts as the vapour barrier, which is what stops moisture reaching the cold surface behind the insulation and condensing there. Used on ductwork and plant, it must be installed foil outward with the joints properly taped, or the barrier is broken and the insulation slowly wets through.
