A 1/2" x 4" frost-free sillcock. The length is the barrel, and it is the only dimension that matters for freeze protection: the valve seat sits at the inner end, so the barrel has to be long enough to put that seat inside the heated envelope. Four inches suits a thin wall - a frame wall with minimal sheathing. Fit one that is too short and the seat sits in the cold, which is exactly how a frost-free splits.
