Description

A Schier GB-75 grease interceptor rated at 75 GPM, the larger unit for busier kitchens. Interceptors are sized on the flow the connected fixtures can actually produce, and undersizing is a false economy: an interceptor that cannot hold the waste long enough for the grease to separate simply passes it downstream, which is exactly the failure it was fitted to prevent. Plan for access, since it must be pumped out regularly.
