A pipe cutter. Model C1113. Scores progressively as the wheel is tightened, giving a square cut that seats properly in a fitting. It connects to PEX tubing with the crimp, clamp or expansion method the fitting is designed for; the joint is mechanical, with no solvent, flux or open flame.
