A gas combi boiler. Model TRX199C. Rated 199 MBH input. A combi does space heating and domestic hot water from one appliance, heating the hot water on demand rather than storing it, which saves the room an indirect tank would take. Condensing: a secondary heat exchanger recovers the latent heat released as water vapour in the flue gas condenses, which is what puts condensing appliances at 90%+ AFUE. That only happens when return water is roughly 120-130°F or below, so the emitters have to suit it. The condensate is acidic and needs corrosion-resistant vent and a condensate drain.
