Liberty's Q4884LSGX203-60 is a complete Q4800-Series quadplex grinder system, factory pre-assembled. Four 2-stage LSGX-Series 2 HP Omnivore grinder pumps (with V-Slice cutter technology, up to 108 alternated cuts per revolution from a 440 stainless steel cutting system) give it redundancy and flow rates up to 200 GPM — comparable to higher-horsepower systems, with only about 25% flow loss while any one pump is being serviced. They sit in a 48" diameter fiberglass basin with an anti-flotation collar, on a factory pre-assembled guide rail system (galvanized rails), with Schedule 80 PVC discharge piping, integral check valves, and ball valves down to a 3" discharge. The basin ships with a solid green fiberglass cover, a 6" inlet hub with rubber pipe seal, pre-mounted stainless steel supports and brackets, a pre-mounted NEMA 4X junction box, and a stainless steel chain for pump lift-out. Wired for three-phase power at 208-230V with a 25' power cable, discharge depth set at 60" from the top of the basin. Ships standard with a Liberty QE-Series control panel — six level control floats alternate the load across all four pumps, configurable for two-lead/two-lag high-flow operation or true demand dosing.
