The Liberty LSG202-RE is a 2 HP RE/REX-Series retro-fit grinder replacement package. A complete, factory-assembled drop-in core replacement for E/One® GP200 and GP2000 systems (E/One is a registered trademark of Environment One Corporation; not affiliated with Liberty Pumps) — swaps in a Liberty LSG single-stage Omnivore grinder pump with V-Slice cutter technology, 108' maximum head. It includes a high-mount NEMA 4X waterproof junction box (clamps above the flood level onto the existing vent pipe) with a motor contactor and terminal strip, a sealed 6-pin quick-connector with a 10' pre-wired cable lead that plugs into the older-style GP200/GP2000 connector, a heavy-duty cast iron anti-siphon check valve with a redundant brass check valve, stainless steel discharge piping and pump support with an adjustable goose-neck discharge height and 3-ring receiver gasket, a cam-lock cover system, a dual-purpose float switch (alarm float also acts as a redundant "on" float if the main switch fails), and an 8' drop rope. The original E/One control panel — including its manual override switch — remains fully operational. 208-230V, 15A, 60Hz, 3450 RPM. Shipping weight approximately 123 lb.
