The HT453-2 is a Liberty 1/2 HP HT40-Series high-temperature submersible pump. Built for hot water applications up to 200°F — boiler blowdown pits, hot water transfer, and condensate pits. A vortex-style impeller made of high-temperature engineered thermoplastic passes solids without clogging, in a Class 25 cast iron housing with all stainless and brass fasteners. It has a 416 stainless steel rotor shaft, upper and lower ball bearings, a carbon ceramic unitized shaft seal with high-temperature elastomers and stainless housings, and an oil-filled, hermetically sealed, thermally protected motor. Wired for single-phase power at 115V, with a 25' UL-approved quick-connect power cord and an adjustable mercury-free automatic float switch. 1-1/2" FNPT discharge, 3/4" solids handling. Shipping weight approximately 15 lb.
