Liberty's 405/A is a 1/2 HP Model 405 commercial high-temperature drain pump. Designed for higher-head applications in commercial and industrial buildings — laundry trays, commercial and bar sinks, dishwashers, dehumidifiers, and gray wastewater drainage below gravity lines. Factory pre-assembled and fully automatic, with a corrosion-resistant polyolefin basin (5.5-gallon capacity), an integrally molded rubber gasket for a gas-tight seal (meets 10' stack test requirements), and QuickTree technology for inspecting or removing the float switch without disconnecting the plumbing. An energy-saving motor design cuts electrical usage by up to 40%; it's oil-filled with thermal-overload protection, wired for single-phase power at 115V (7.3A) with a 10' power cord and ground plug. Maintenance-free, permanently lubricated sealed bearings. 2" discharge, inlet, and vent. 3/8" solids handling. Includes a factory-mounted ALM-2 standard alarm float — no assembly required. Rated up to 180°F fluid temperature. Not intended for use with chemicals.
