Description

Liberty's 233HV is a 1/3 HP 230-Series submersible sump pump. A lightweight, energy-saving pump (motor design cuts electrical usage by up to 40%) with a vortex-style impeller molded from high-temp engineered thermoplastic, and a deep-finned, powder coated aluminum motor housing that runs 225% cooler than cast iron equivalents. It has a stainless steel rotor shaft, stainless fasteners, an oil-filled hermetically sealed motor with thermal overload protection, permanently lubricated bearings, an anti-airlock hole so trapped air can escape and priming isn't blocked, and a removable base for suction down to 1/8". The quick-connect power cord can be replaced without breaking the motor seal. 1-1/2" discharge, 3/8" solids handling. Wired for single-phase power at 230V, with a 10' cord and a wide-angle float switch with a quick-connect series plug. Minimum sump diameter 14" (10" for the 237). Rated for 140°F intermittent / 104°F continuous duty fluid temperature. Shipping weight approximately 12 lb.
