Description

A 24 V zone valve. Opens and closes one heating zone on a call from its thermostat, which is how a single boiler serves rooms with different schedules off one circulator. Its end switch closes once the valve is open, and that is what tells the boiler or the circulator to run; match voltage, pipe size and sweat or threaded connection to the loop.
