A 5" x 4" reducing flexible coupling. Five-inch drainage is uncommon enough that reducing to it or from it is usually a repair situation - an older line of an odd size meeting modern 4" pipe. That is precisely what a flexible coupling is for, since no rigid fitting will bridge two materials of unmatched outside diameter.
