Description

A 5/8" gauge glass. The sight tube on a boiler water column that shows the actual water level — the primary visual check that a boiler is holding its level. A gauge is chosen so the normal operating point falls in the middle of the dial, and is fitted with an isolation valve so it can be replaced without draining the system.
