3 x 11/2 CPVC Lw Y, part number P601-337C. CPVC joins with a CPVC-specific solvent cement rather than PVC cement, and is sized to copper tube size so it mates with CTS pipe and the adapters made for it. Its higher temperature tolerance than PVC is what qualifies it for hot as well as cold potable water distribution.
