Description
A 3" PVC test cap — temporarily caps a line for pressure/leak testing during rough-in. PVC DWV (drain-waste-vent) fitting conforming to ASTM D2665 and NSF/ANSI 14, material per ASTM D1784. It is solvent-welded: prime the pipe end and the fitting socket, apply PVC cement, and push the pipe fully home with a quarter turn, holding it for a moment while the joint sets.
