Description

A 3/8" x 2" vertical Sammy screw for wood. A Sammy screw drives into the structure and leaves a threaded boss that hanger rod screws straight into - so a hanger is fitted with a drill and a driver rather than by drilling, anchoring and bolting. The vertical version is for fixing up into a soffit or joist where the rod hangs straight down. The 2" length suits timber that needs deeper embedment.
