A Beacon Morris Type 21 hydronic panel radiator, 24" x 24". Type 21 carries two panels with a set of convector fins between them, so for the same face area it puts out considerably more heat than a Type 11 — at the cost of projecting further from the wall. That trade is the whole reason to choose between the types: Type 21 where the wall space is limited and the heat loss is high.
