This 2" cap — welds onto a pipe end to seal it off. Butt-weld steel pipe fitting conforming to ASME B16.9. Beveled ends are butt-welded to steel pipe of the same schedule, giving a joint as strong as the pipe for process, steam, chilled-water and other lines where threaded joints are not acceptable.
