A 1-1/4" ductile iron threaded 90 degree elbow. At 1-1/4" the fitting is heavy and the threads are long, so it takes real effort to make up - use a proper wrench on both the fitting and the pipe rather than letting the run take the torque, or joints further back will loosen.
