A 1-1/2" x 12" chrome plated tubular extension. Chrome plating is specified where the waste is on show - a wall-hung basin, a pedestal or an exposed trap - so the run is finished rather than left in plain tube. The 12" length bridges the gap between the fixture outlet and a trap that sits lower or further back.
