Description
A 1" x 1-1/4" adapter transitioning from copper solder to male-threaded (MIP) pipe. Wrought copper solder-joint fitting per ASME B16.22, for use with ASTM B88 copper tube. An adapter is where a copper line meets a threaded valve, fixture or appliance connection: the solder end is sweated, the threaded end takes PTFE tape or pipe compound.
