Description

A 1/8" copper cap, the smallest size stocked. At this diameter the tube is carrying a signal rather than a supply - a gauge line, an instrument tapping or a control connection - so the cap is usually closing a point that was provided for future instrumentation. Small caps take heat very quickly, so keep the flame moving or the solder will simply run off.
