Description
This 1/2" x 12" brass nipple. Red brass nipple conforming to ASTM B43 & B687, threads per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1. Lead-free per NSF 61/372 and AB1953. Import. Red brass resists dezincification and corrosion, so it is used on potable water and at exposed connections to fixtures, water heaters and valves where a steel nipple would rust.
