Description
A 1/2" split ring hanger in copper-plated steel. MSS SP-58 Type 11 — the ring is hinged and bolted, so it can be closed around a line that is already in place rather than threaded on during rough-in. The copper plating keeps dissimilar-metal contact from driving galvanic corrosion where the hanger bears on copper tube.
